REPLACEMENT POLICY
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Only items listed below are eligible for a replacement:
- Products received are in a damaged state
- Products are not in a satisfactory quality
- Incorrect products are supplied to you
We do not offer any Refunds but we can provide a replacement for your orders. Claims for a replacement must be made within three (3) days after receiving your order. A copy of the receipt or any proof of purchase must be presented and an uncut video of opening the package, failing which any such claims are deemed to be waived.
